Kings Rise Children’s Centre has an opportunity to remain open.
At the Wiltshire Council Cabinet Meeting on the 15th December, County Councillors decided to give Kings Rise Children’s Centre the chance to continue to provide services from the building in Pewsham. Councillors voted for Option 3 in the Committee paper which states;
“The option for on-going use of Kings Rise Children’s Centre building will be included in the tender documentation for organisations interested in running services in the north cluster to consider.”
This means that when the Rise Trust tender for the new Children’s Centre contract in 2016 we will be able to include Kings Rise Children’s Centre building in our proposals.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Your support and encouragement have been amazing and it is because of you this Children’s Centre has the chance to stay open.
Thank you so much!
Bless you all.
