The RISE Trust – The Facts
The RISE Trust is a local Chippenham charity supporting families, children and young people.
We provide a range of support from caring, skilled, trained, committed and enthusiastic staff – we are always happy to help you.
We are open Monday to Friday 09.00 to 15.30.
You can come to us for:
- Pre-school care for children aged 2-5
- Alternative Provision for primary and secondary ages
- Primary school mentoring
- Youth service across North Wiltshire
- Secondary school mentoring
- Parent Support Advisor in primary schools
What do we do?
We provide a variety of services to support parents, grandparents and carers. There is somewhere:
- your child can make friends and learn as they play
- you can get professional advice on health and family matters
- you can learn about volunteering and job opportunities
- provide safe spaces and detached youth support
- your young person can have dedicated one to one mentoring
- your child/ young person can have alternative provision to school whilst they need small group sessions in order to transition back into education
We provide:
- Advice and signposting on parenting for dads, mums and carers
- Early education for young children as they grow in confidence towards full-time school
- youth mentoring both in school and outside of school hours
- therapeutic mentoring in an alternative provision to mainstream school
